For plugin, theme and SaaS vendors
Support every product, plan and licence from one inbox.
A help desk for WordPress plugin developers, theme shops and SaaS teams. Cliedesk knows which product a customer is asking about, which plan they bought and whether their licence is still active. Your team answers with that in view — and the AI agent can reset a licence or resend a download for them.
Support for several products gets messy fast.
- “Every ticket starts with “which plugin, and which licence key?””
- “Free users and paying customers land in the same queue.”
- “Licence resets and download links eat half the day.”
- “A bug report sits in the inbox while the issue sits in GitHub — and nobody tells the customer when it’s fixed.”
A day with Cliedesk
From “my licence won’t activate” to solved
- 1
The right product
The ticket arrives from the widget, a form or the product’s own support address and is filed under the right product automatically.
- 2
The right customer
Their orders, licences and plan show beside the conversation, read live from Easy Digital Downloads or WooCommerce.
- 3
The right queue
Product access decides who may ask for support. Customers on a premium plan can get their own queue and a faster first-reply target.
- 4
The fix
Reset the licence activations or download links from the conversation — or let the AI agent do it for the customer’s own licence.
- 5
The follow-up
A bug becomes a linked GitHub, Jira or Linear issue. When it is done, the conversation reopens with a customer update ready for approval.

What changes when your help desk knows your products
-
Unlimited products
Every conversation belongs to one product. The inbox, views, rules, routing and reports can all be split by product.
-
Licences beside the ticket
EDD orders and licences show in the conversation. Reset activations, extend or deactivate a licence (EDD Software Licensing, License Manager for WooCommerce).
-
Support by plan
Open to all, customers only, or by plan. Access comes from WooCommerce, your other WordPress sites, or webhooks from Stripe, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy.
-
Issue trackers
Create or link issues in GitHub, Jira, Linear, Trello or Asana. Status and comments come back as internal notes.
-
Status page notices
Connect Statuspage, Instatus or Better Stack. When a service stays down, customers see an incident notice in the widget, portal and help center.
-
Your community forum
Unanswered bbPress topics become conversations, so no forum question is forgotten.
✦ The AI angle
An AI agent that knows your docs — and your customer’s licence
The AI agent answers from each product’s help center and the customer’s own records. It can reset download links, extend download access and reset licence activations for the customer’s own licences, within the limits you set.
Meet the AI agent- Answers per product, from that product’s articles
- Licence and download actions only for the customer’s own purchases
- Hands off to your team with a summary when it should
In the free plugin: unlimited products in one inbox, the help center and portal, and EDD and WooCommerce records beside each conversation. Cliedesk Pro adds: product access by plan, brands per product, issue trackers, status page feeds, the community forum and the AI agent.

Can’t find your answer? Search the docs or ask us.
Search the docs →Get support →Can I limit support to paying customers?
Yes. Product access lets you choose per product: open to everyone, customers only, or by plan. Customers without access see your message with a buy link, or go to a pre-sales queue.
Where does access come from if I sell outside WooCommerce?
From your other WordPress sites through the Cliedesk Connector plugin, or from webhooks sent by Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy or any tool that can send JSON. You can also grant access by hand with a reason, or import a CSV.
Does it work with Easy Digital Downloads?
Yes. EDD orders and licences show in the conversation’s Records panel. Licence actions work with EDD Software Licensing and License Manager for WooCommerce.
Can each plugin have its own help center and branding?
Yes. Each product can have its own help center at /help/product-slug/, its own brand and support address, and its own settings and business hours.
Stop asking “which product?”
Add your products, connect your licences, and let your team see the whole customer before they reply.
