Help desk integrations for WordPress
Works with the tools you already run.
Cliedesk lives in WordPress, so it reads your shop, membership and course plugins directly. Beyond WordPress it connects your email, messaging channels, team chat, issue trackers, CRM and AI provider — and the REST API and webhooks cover the rest.
Inside WordPress
Your plugins, read live
Shop, membership and course records are read from each plugin while it is active — nothing is copied, and changes you make are saved in the plugin itself. Forms become conversations, and automation plugins get Cliedesk triggers and actions.

Compare plansFrequently asked questions
Can’t find your answer? Search the docs or ask us.
Search the docs →Get support →Do you have a Zapier app?
Not as a published app. Zapier, Make and n8n connect through webhooks and REST hooks: Cliedesk sends signed events when something happens and your automation can call the REST API.
Do I need to set anything up for WooCommerce or my membership plugin?
No. When the plugin is active, its records show in the conversation on their own. You can turn off one plugin’s records in the settings.
Does Cliedesk work with my store if it isn’t on WordPress?
Stores such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and WHMCS connect through ready connector templates, and Stripe, Paddle and Lemon Squeezy can send purchases by webhook. A separate WordPress or WooCommerce site connects with the Cliedesk Connector plugin.
Which AI providers can I use?
OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral AI and OpenRouter, enterprise clouds such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI, and Voyage AI for embeddings. xAI, DeepSeek and a model on your own server through Ollama, LM Studio or vLLM connect as OpenAI-compatible providers.
