Formula: Gorgias = monthly plan price × 12 at the listed annual-billing price. Cliedesk Pro is priced per site; the number of agents and tickets doesn’t change it, and the free plugin costs $0. AI is extra on both: Gorgias AI costs $0.90–$1.00 per interaction and each one also counts as a ticket; on Cliedesk you pay your AI provider’s token cost directly. We don’t estimate AI totals because they depend on your volume.

When Gorgias is the better choice

Using Gorgias with WooCommerce?
Gorgias’s WooCommerce integration shows contact details and order information in the ticket sidebar. Its own documentation says you can’t create, edit, cancel or refund WooCommerce orders from Gorgias, and WooCommerce data can’t be used as conditions in Rules.
